The holiday homes can be comfortably reached by elevator. You will live in the middle of the 'Garmisch' pedestrian area, very close to the spa gardens. The cable car and the ice rink are 5-10 Minutes by foot.

Since our holiday apartment is in the pedestrian zone, we ask you to call us or get in contract with us shortly before your arrival if you have parked temporarily at Kongresshaus parking lot. We will then come immediately and will give you a written entrance certificate for the region. If you want to come by train:from nearly all German large cities there are excellent connections to Garmisch-Partenkirchen. From the train station, it is only about 5-7 minutes on foot to our holiday apartment, we can also arrange to pick you up at the station.
